When you need legal documents, you have three choices to get the job done.
While an AZCLSP cannot offer legal advice, recommend case strategies or legal remedies, engage in settlement negotiations, or represent you in Court, his or her certification authorizes him or her to prepare or provide legal documents, file documents with the Court and arrange for service of your legal documents.
At Rose and Huey, PLLC, our full service law firm professional staff includes a certified document specialist who can provide economical and professional preparation of documents, petitions, complaints and responsive pleadings, and filing and/or recording court documents with the Court or other government agencies.
Some of the court forms that are prepared by our legal document specialist include civil suit, small claims, harassment, domestic violence, forcible retainer, garnishment and fee waivers. In the area of family law, our AZCLDP creates required forms for annulment, legal separation, divorce, enforcement or modification of court orders, grandparents’ rights, guardianship and conservatorship to name a few examples. And if it turns out that your legal matter is more complicated than you anticipated or you need legal advice, guidance, or representation at a hearing, our firm’s attorneys who practice in multiple areas of law from family, criminal, aviation, civil rights, juvenile, bankruptcy, employment, estate planning and probate, are readily available to provide full legal services.
If you have questions about cost effective document preparation by a certified specialist, call our law firm at (602) 340-8400.
