Biography

In 2007, partners, David L. Rose and Joseph M. Huey, established the Phoenix law firm of Rose and Huey, PLLC.  Mr. Rose has practiced law for more than 18 years, assisting his clients in the areas of Appellate Practice; Business Law; Civil Practice; Commercial Law; Construction Law; Contracts; Corporate Law; Criminal Law; Collaborative Family Law; Family Law; Negligence; Personal Injury; Premises Liability; Trusts and Estates and White Collar Crime.

In the truest sense, Mr. Rose is a family lawyer, whose diverse skills will remind you of a time before the age of narrow focus legal practices; a time when “family lawyer” meant one who devoted his profession to assisting families in all aspects of the law that touchs family relationships. Mr. Rose’s client work involves business issues that affect sole proprietorships, small family-owned corporations and partnerships. As a trial lawyer, he has litigated crimes and disputes of every sort. He has prepared family trusts and handled divorces, custody, juvenile matters and a wide variety of personal injury accidents.

Mr. Rose’s credentials include certification as Family Law Specialist by the Arizona Board of Legal Specialization, a designation that identifies lawyers who have demonstrated superior knowledge, skill, integrity, professionalism and competence in a specific area of law. Additionally, he is among select lawyers who are Peer Review rated by Martindale-Hubbell for very high levels of professional standards of conduct, ethics, reliability and diligence. In addition, he also serves as Judge Protempore for the Arizona Superior Court, County of Maricopa.

From 1993, until forming Rose and Huey, PLLC, David Rose was a principal in the firm of Rose & Hildebrand P. C. He also has several years of legal experience working in large firms.
